City Concept
Added 2020-01-15 01:29:14 +0000 UTCI’m starting to think about the location where Liz and Marcy would live. I’d like it to be a big city possibly mixed with another style / theme to make it seem a lil odd.
So I’ve started scribbling some concept stuff and this was the first thing I’ve finished up. Sadly it’s not quite the idea that I’ve got in my brain so I’m gonna try get myself to do a few more sketches to get across my idea for the city that’s stuck in my brain haha
BLAHBLAH might do a few more scribble city concepts or something

I have taken a lil bit if inspiration from New york yea! The tall buildings appeal to me and I have since adjusted this sketch to have much taller buildings. I want it to be a modern looking city mixed with another odd theme to make it a bit more unusual and interesting to look at ya know? I like the idea of lots of alleys and hidden paths too so I might try and make some parts layered and such

The backgrounds you’ve put for Marcy and Liz seem somewhat grunge-y, almost like New York in the 80’s, what kind of era do u want them to live in?? I feel like the classic “private detective novella” imagery is a little old school, but is that what you’re going for? Or a more modern twist? Haha I love lore
