Added 2025-12-18 10:38:00 +0000 UTCOne of the risks of giving you guys preview chapters so early is that my editor hasn't had a chance to look at things -- which, aside from typos, means some wrong stuff slips in.
In the last preview, one word was wrong and it has a significant impact. :(
At the end, it's said that Mihai is picking them up to go to the airport, but this should have been "home" -- i.e. back to the townhouse.
For those of you trying to apply a timeline, the events of the last preview occur the weekend before the planned trip to Europe, which is planned for the week before the Conclave -- the Conclave starts on 8/2 (the day after Lammastide) with the Europe trip planned to start, say, 7/24 or so, and the events of the last preview are the weekend before that.

Hey, we all make mistakes. At least when you post here you get a whole bunch of people that help with proof reading. I've read some books where the author made a few mistakes and the editor didn't catch it before it was published. This is the place to make mistakes so the final product is as perfect as it can be.
