Omar sings that song on every concert and two days ago Edvin walk up behind Omar on stage and hugged him and sang along to the song. That was so sweet of Edvin and it brought up memories from Young Royals 💙💜.

That was manipulating after first shaking Simon by bringing up Simon’s abusive dad and then refusing to let Simon end their fling. Big red flag! Please pay careful attention to what Wille and Simon are saying to the teacher. It is super super important. Don't let it slip away without seeing what really happens/is said during that conversation. 💜

Simon was so gentle and respectful when trying to end things with him, but Marcus completely ignored Simon's will. It is understandable that Simon is confused. Marcus does give him the things he really yearns from Wille. Being out, public and sharing friends. Wille is unable to give that to Simon, so Simon maybe sticks a little too long with Marcus, to feel better about himself and gain confidence from not having to be anyone's secret.

Lisa, the writer, has said Wille is unlabeled. In my opinion, the future discussions with his friends will prove that he is more gay than unlabeled. While it does not matter as such, I oppose the thought of someone being unlabeled to please audience. If you're gay, just be gay. No need to make it sound anything else.

You are born into the family and you have a spot on the succession list. It has nothing to do with skills, ability or suitability. Wether that is wrong or right is one of the main topics of the entire show. It is about privilege, often unearned.

2025-02-05 14:47:40 +0000 UTChe also did the same thing in the previous episode when august had just been ousted as team captain and prefect. when wille is standing outside with alexander and august walks out.. alexander says something like “whats his problem?” and wille says “he had it coming..” and then he makes a very tiny smirk just before the scene cuts. edvin is amazing at those subtle expressions.

Its also important to remember we're viewing it from an outside perspective . If I were in her position it'd be easy to believe that August was genuine about feeling bad for what he did, bc she's not seeing everything he's doing behind the scenes. Add on the layers of Simon betraying her last season with their dad, these friendships/romance being completely new to her, and her desperation to fit in and be accepted. It makes sense why her judgment is clouded imo. It doesn't make the choices she's making okay, but it does explain a lot of them. I actually really love the way she was written.

Just feel she is fucking over too many people to secretly be with the guy that blew up her brothers life (and knows it and hasn’t said anything…) I hate August (less when he is shirtless…) but I do think he has genuine feelings for her. They are both outcasts at the moment, messed up families (dads), and feel lonely. Maybe they kinda deserve each other

I really liked him for Simon (obvi we all want him with Wille) but that scene outside the barn gave me major red flags. Simon was truly honest with him and I feel like Marcus was a little dismissive and low key manipulative. And then even when Simon says he isn’t ready, Marcus shows up to the meet and kisses him in front of people. Just made me feel icky

Bringing up his trauma with his dad out of nowhere to stop him from breaking things off and then start pushing the "I know you don't wanna ruin what we have" when that's exactly what Simon wanted to do is so icky to me.

When Wille and Simon are discussing the book "Kris" (Crisis) and Simon tells him he and Marcus aren't together, watch the tiny little smile on Wille's face. Edvin is so damn good. And everyone gets bent out of shape with the kissing scene between Wille and Felice. Just as Simon did with Marcus, Wille is trying to recreate, with Felice, the feeling he had with Simon. The love between Wille and Simon is unbreakable. No matter what else happens. And, believe me, a lot happens.

More chance that one clocks Marcus's manipulation and gaslighting like that happened with you. He's like yeah take all the time you need but I'm going to force myself into your life anyway and pretend you didn't just try to end this thing. Simon put up a boundary and Marcus bulldozed it.
