They have had to be close because of all the family problems. The pain that is August will only increase. Both Sara and Simon are in Hillerska because of her problems at the Bjärstad school and since they are both very bright.

2024-12-21 19:30:29 +0000 UTCThat kiss in the end… I was a fly on the wall when i watched it for the first time 😍 Some infos (no spoilers) about the story: So the show takes place in Sweden and the school in real life is a castle which can be rented for different occasions. It’s like an hour car ride away from the capital Stockholm. In the show it’s near a small town named Bjärstad. That’s where Simon and his sister Sara live their mom Linda. Simon and Sarah have a scholarship for the school. There’re in the same year, although Sarah (17) is a year older than Simon. In their previous school (named Marieberg) Sara was being bullied and therefore skipped school a lot so she had to repeat the school year when they attended Hillerska. They’ve both been quite high achievers back at their old school. Which is why Simon is so determined to get good grades.
