Allaire wasn't established that much, but I still had plans to build up to the pregnancy. But with the job and all that, it's just better to cut things short and at least show what she'll look like when pregnant.

"Madam, I really believe that Mr. Smithson should present our annual business report instead..."
"Nonsense!" Allaire exclaimed, looking up to her assistant as she reached around her torso. The poor bra did its best to contain the woman's engorged bust, and now two eager arms were now squishing into it. "I've always done it- and I... shall do it again." She puffed as she struggled to fasten the last button of her blouse.
Finally, Allaire tied up the final button of her blouse. With labored breaths, she looked at her own reflection and nodded in content. Even though some skin was visible through the gaps in the fabric, and the material appeared to be stretched to its limit, she remained determined to do the presentation. Meanwhile the sheepish gal looked in horror at the state of her boss and her blouse. She attempted one last effort to try to talk her superior out of it.
"W-with all due respect... you look ready to drop..."
She was immediately met with a firm glare from her boss. Allaire's voice, though weak from exertion, held a steely edge as she commanded, "Help me up these steps, or your job will be the one that gets dropped."
