I threw her in at the beginning just as a vehicle on Matt's journey to where he needed to end up. I wasn't expecting to write about her anymore, but she just randomly popped up again at the end and stole the scene! (I was surprised too!) I might need a reoccurring "Lady Olenna Tyrell" parody character in one of my stories...

You're supposed to be able to share horrifyingly embarrassing things with your medical providers and know those things will go no farther. But when none of those things are true, and everyone knows it...
