Japanese ghosts, such overused and extremely simplistic option to go with, don't you agree?
The European variants never get enough love, but thankfully Lillian is more than happy to fix this.
Luckily Lillian is generous in gifting people curves, after all if you're going to spend who knows how many centuries or millenia in a spirit form, you may as well be sexy.
Being a specter our spooky girl might not be able to interact with anything,(especially no taking off those clothes), but luckily it looks like some parts of her body are physical enough for people to play with.
