This alchemist has been experimenting on pretty interesting field of science, which in this case involves potions of metamorphosis.
Not sure if this was his intent, but looks like the potion managed to not only change his race and gender to a human female, but also had the effect of changing him into a rubbery sex doll.
It's a dangerous job experimenting with things of this nature, but can't argue the results aren't occasionally pretty sexy.
Now for the antidote...if one even exists that is. Things of this nature can often be a bit on the irreversible side.

It has a bit more of subtle lighting effects I have used previously so it could be that showing there, which is of course great.

Though if this effect happens to be on the permanent side, you might get some disgruntled customers who were just looking to spice up their love life, only to end up with a lifelong set of beach ball sized rubbery tits.
