Existing Patrons! Help me get better ♡

I really do want to thank you guys for supporting me, and I've seen other creators with things like monthly raffles/giveaways, or other continuous rewards. I would love to do something like this but also I'm very disorganized and wouldn't want to overload myself and not deliver! Does anyone have any ideas on things they'd like to see? This can be for any tier ^___^
