I been experiencing knee pain after 2 weeks of the same 1st workout that Mandy gave me :( do give me tips how to recover faster ! Mandy advised me to take a break from the workout for now but after a week I will be training with her bf who is my coach which I will be uploading my workout videos here ! so far i do feel more stronger everyday and healthier ! he advised me on the diet plan like how I should eat more for breakfast, moderate for lunch and little at dinner etc ~ I can't even cycle much anymore as I am afraid I might irritate my knee~
