Day 5:-
On day 5, I went to meet Mandy and Melissa at the gym and we did some yoga. After I am done, I just do my regular booty challenge workout
3 sets of 10: pulsing squats
3 sets of 12: normal squats
3 sets of 24: pulse lunges
3 sets of 10: Burpees
Followed by Abs workout that Mandy recommended:-
15 mins of Russian twists, toe taps, four-point leg extension, high knees for first circuit
and
15 mins of Sit-ups, Plank and drag, Flutters and outward snap jump
I was dead after I am done ! I got home and took a nap !
Brunch I had some beehoon my mama got for me (fried mee with egg etc)
Dinner I ate pretty late and had hotpot with my best friend! not very healthy i must admit but we did not meet for a long time
Day 6:-
I did 2 hrs of cycling in the morning followed by 1 hr of belly dancing class in the afternoon and im dead too after I am done !
I had Yong Tau Fu for lunch which is just some vegetables, eggs, meat. etc with Satay sauce (peanut sauce) I do not know my appetite just did not felt strong.
After the belly dance , I had some cup noodles (ops, I just carving for it >_>;; hehe)
Night time I had some chicken rice
Day 7:-
Today I went cycling for 3 hrs with my stream, it was fun ! I had some fried mee by the park and cycle back home. Was great exercise, more of a cardio day. I was really hungry at night but ate some cookies before dinner.
Dinner I had some lamb chops, potatoes.. etc.. ate my dad birthday cake too ! simple day.
I was supposed to meet Mandy Bf for a diet plan but I had no time so I will meet him after thailand at 20th !
