3 sets of 10: pulsing squats
3 sets of 12: normal squats
3 sets of 24: pulse lunges
3 sets of 10: Burpees

My lunch was some fruits and the free vegetarian food, I have no idea my appetite just not that crazy these days. I did cycling on my stream as you know.. I feel super sleepy after my workout and cycling and slept quite abit.. but everyday I just feel more and more fresh ! I did not update yesterday but I just did some jogging and all~ just keeping active daily ! Yesterday my lunch was simple, I had some leftovers wondon and dinner was just grilled pork my mom and some beef. I don't have a specific diet yet, still waiting for Mandy's Bf who is going to be my coach to guide me alittle more.. ?
