Focalor... pretty sure he was one of the Devils close aides and either appeared briefly or was mentioned in the fight vs the Trickster. Does anyone remember? Seems like that's yet another mess Daddy left for Salvos to sort out. The interesting part is wether or not she can inherit Paimons will after finishing Jofis. And maybe even more~

2024-08-28 17:07:15 +0000 UTCI don't know how he could pass on the information: it's important, but Salvos might never find out. However, the best thing Jofis can do is die, because she now needs to crush her fear, and then crush Jofis, then level, high five with Hartia and others, then all hell ensues as Manos and others arrive. I really hope this brings her lots of levels and additional abilities, because she'll need all the help she can get.

2024-08-28 10:17:42 +0000 UTCCorruption route made Jofis get deathflag, but he might pass on the promise to Paimon onto Salvos. I dont see him relevant to the story anymore if he was to too weak to even keep being primordial to ever face the Focalor

2024-08-28 10:05:00 +0000 UTCSo, this thing with Paimon seems to have taken place before the rule of Regnorex, in fact before the rule of Jofis. Focalor apparently went around and eradicated all the potential kings of Netherworld, likely out of loyalty to Samuel. However, after Paimon died, and Jofis ascended to the throne, Samuel probably lost the title and Focalor concluded that it's pointless now, or he would have killed Jofis and Regnorex. Since Jofis is still under a compulsion to kill Focalor, he's either still alive, or at least Jofis has no evidence of his death. The whole thing looks pointless and there's a scary possibility that Focalor went completely insane, and he can magically enslave Primordial demons, which makes him an extreme threat.

2024-08-28 08:25:55 +0000 UTCThis is one of the rare times where Salvos acted instinctively out of fear and just ran away. The other instance I can remember was the initial encounter with the Ancient Centinel. She did run from Belzu but that was more strategic, other than the first time, in Brilsum Ruins. She'll need to turn that fear into focused rage and finish Jofis, because that one needs to die, and quickly, because others are on the way too. As for Hartia, he probably doesn't understand it yet, but he just had an experience of fighting together with an elite adventurer. :)

2024-08-28 07:15:56 +0000 UTCI love this fight but hopefully it won't draw on for too many chapters!

2024-08-27 23:00:45 +0000 UTCHuh... Fear is a bad advisor. Although I did suggest this exact course of action. Now, how will Manos come into play?

2024-08-27 22:07:02 +0000 UTCBased on the name being one of the 72 demons I suspect he is one of the Devils followers

2024-08-27 21:49:42 +0000 UTCTime for him to get killed. Also, good girl; save friend first, kick ass later.

2024-08-27 21:24:32 +0000 UTCNext he gets a new grand skill and turns into a Primordial. But it's probably more likely he gets just partially corrupted.

2024-08-27 21:18:39 +0000 UTCI'm trying to piece this together. Salvos left Jofis in the interplanar void, probably because she panicked and didn't think that's the ideal time to finish him off. He managed to draw enough corruption to re-open the rift on his side, and will pop out in the Netherworld regardless. Ass-kickery will resume.

2024-08-27 21:15:24 +0000 UTCWow, Focalor is alive! And his ability to call other Primordials sounds quite sinister, because apparently he enslaved them. Also, corruption of Jofis lives on. :)

2024-08-27 20:53:49 +0000 UTCOh boy. Corruption empwered Jofis route here we go, I only thought about him as a hypothetical but Salvos really did power him up in the end. 💀 I was right on my guess on how Paimon died: it /was/ suicide, though I wonder who she was spiting int the end? Was it Samuel, Focalor, or maybe even Belphegor? Questions and more questions.
