-Subject designation: BOGEY_CLASS_JANUARY

-Threat level: /LOW (DEP operative) /HIGH (civilians)

-Mobility: /LOW

-Durability: /LOW (small armaments) /LOW (advanced armaments)

-Aggression: /MEDIUM 

-Observed field behavior: (Oberserver: DEP#002): Subject has been observed to remain stationary for long periods of time until "activated" by a potential target. Upon "activation" the subject will attempt to assault and/or restrain its target. The subject's intention does not appear to be to kill its target, but rather to secure the target for conversion. That being said the subject seems unable to feel pain or resistance and can severely harm its target while attempting to restrain it. 

-Designation/tagging protocol: Upon observation of subject: BOGEY_CLASS_JANUARY in the field the subject must be tagged with designation: BCJAN. If subject concentration exceeds quantity: 3 tag all observed subjects with designation BCJAN-CHARLIE. If subject threatens to make contact with civilians or non-DEP entities tag all observed subjects with designation BCJAN-BAKER. If subject has already made contact with civilians or non-DEP entities tag all observed subjects with designation BCJAN-ABLE and refer to designation/tagging protocols for subject: BOGEY_CLASS_FEBRUARY if necessary. Upon the successful termination of subject: BOGEY_CLASS_JANUARY the active tag must be changed to designation JANRECOV.

-Emergency procedure: DEP operatives in training are authorized to engage subject: BOGEY_CLASS_JANUARY. Upon subject designation BCJAN-BAKER or BCJAN-ABLE the protection of present civilians or non-DEP entities must be prioritized to prevent conversion. The protection of DEP assets and operatives must be prioritized over the protection of civilians or non-DEP entities.
