She constantly gives Chloe ideas about how to make her fight more exciting although Chloe never listens. While Julie thinks Chloe's fighting ability is quite sloppy she believes the girl could be quite the hit if she dramatized her aloof personality more. For Julie being entertaining is more important than even winning.
