Celestial War 1

A/N: I've always wanted to write a Celestial Forge story and a Star Wars fanfic; then I told myself... why not both? And this is how Celestial War came to be born lol.

For those who don't know: The Celestial Forge is the greatest combination of crafting powers in  Jumpchain, meaning it is the greatest combination of crafting abilities  in all of fiction. I use the Celestial Forge V3 for this story and the Jumpdock for Star Wars The Old Republic and my own spin on the force from the stuff I've read.

Of course I've taken some  liberty to modify some stuff that you'll without a doubt spots as I write this.

Chapter 1

SLAM!

“Ouch!” I said as I stood on all four and sat up on the ground.

Looking up, I saw that I was on a wooden platform, the sky was blue and… the trees around me were enormous. Around me there was no one, however I could hear the sound of animals scurrying everywhere. The air was… sweltering and felt as if I was in an oven. A big shadow darkened the sky and I saw a massive bird-like creature in the sky.

I won't lie, I ran for cover toward the massive dome like wooden building under the colossal leaves laden branches. The entrance was wide open, but it smelled rank and dusty inside. The place was savaged, there were burn marks everywhere and skeletons on the ground. I think I came into a dead city or some such.

Calming down and weighing my options, I walked toward the skeletons and saw that it wasn’t human at all. The shape of the skulls were wrong, and the limbs too elongated… this made me walk out of the wooden building and looked warily in the air. It was when I spotted three moons in the sky, they had been hidden by the gigantic trees’ leaves and branches.

“Well shit, I’m certainly not in Kansas anymore.” As I said that, I felt a weight around my neck and discovered a chain with a key made of cog wheels as a pendant. It looked mechanical and steampunk.

“What’s that?”

Ding!

An holographic window appeared thirty centimeters before my face, there was a detailed message and information about my current location. I pinched myself to see if I was dreaming. It hurts. "Well fuck, the lady didn't lie when we made the deal, she really threw me in a galaxy far, far away. Wait, wait, wait! How come I’m five?!"

I finally realized how short my point of view has become. I was wearing a green top with black pants fitted for me and I had solid brown boots at my feet. There was no blemish on my skin, the scars that I had because of my soccer training with my friends weren’t there. I felt myself, and yes I was short and a bit chubby in the cheeks, my height was barely 115 cm, my hair was still the same shade of crimson like in my previous body, the difference became even more clearer when I felt that my ears were pointy instead of round.

“The witch turned me into a fucking space elf…” I whined.

Looking into the sky I raised a fist and shouted, “Cereza!! When I get you, you better hope I don’t slap your smug perfect face!”

Sighing I grabbed the key at my neck and then a rush of information flowed in my head.

I am now the holder of the Celestial Forge. The Celestial Forge is the greatest combination of crafting powers in Jumpchain, meaning it is the greatest combination of crafting abilities in all of fiction.

And I was now its holder, however… it seemed that I was being locked out of things, critical parts of it like the messages said. But now I understood how it worked. The Celestial Forge gave me free central perks to start with. It was the Gray Force star in the central constellation surrounded by all the fifteen domain constellations that had their own sub-domains.

Assistants, Protection, Time, Vehicles, Toolkits Technology, Toolkits Magical, Facilities Magical, Facilities Technological, Technology Supply Small, Magical Supply Small, Technology Supply Large, Magical Supply Large, Technology Database, Magic Database, Magitek Database, Skills and Abilities, Intelligence, Reverse Engineering, Technology, Future Tech, Alchemy, Clothing, Enchanting, Magitek, Magic, Artisan, Biotech, Metallurgy, Tech Crafting, Magic items, Magitek Crafting, Appearance, Design, Durability, Efficiency, Resources, Safety and Size.

It was all there displayed in a gigantic skill window that showed the constellations on a night sky forming beautiful artistic symbols made of stars. Something told me that I couldn’t choose what perks I get from the constellations, but I could lock on a perk I wanted when it was presented to me. For now the system before me told me that since I was locked on the Star Wars perks, for now, and that I was ‘in-setting’ it will come -50% off.

Interestingly, Cereza had given me this power because I was used to making handicrafts with my mother and doing lego models and painting 40K figurines with my brother, I'm sure. The Celestial Forge was a power that matched me. My eyes fell on the central constellations, It was a big perk made of multiple ones.

Force sensitivity, The Gray Force, Mental Mastery, Unlimited Potential, Peerless Force User, A Foot In Each Well.

"I am a force sensitive now. That’s cool and from what I can read, all I need is training and time to get stronger. I wasn’t at risk of falling for the bullshit sides of the force; the Gray force tells me that there’s no side..." And I will need it, and it all depended at which time I was in Star Wars.

The only thing I knew about it was from the cartoons, the movies, the comics and the old republic games that my brother reviewed on his YouTube channel and made me play with him. From what I knew of the setting, I didn’t want to have any relationship with the Jedi and the Sith, but I do want to meet Ashoka, she’s so badass in the 3D Cartoon.

“Oh no! I must save this place, the Empire will come! And weren’t the powerful force users able to find untrained young people like me? I need to find a way to protect myself.”

Just as I said that, I saw the sky darken and a constellation peer upon me.

Power Buy Attempt Scrapper (Fallout 4) (300). Not Bought. Banked 100 points.

“Huh, okay that’s different.” I felt as if I was having a reserve of something, let’s call them charge. I now have a charge that I could now buy stuff with when it was available. Though it’s going to be at random.

More importantly I needed to survive this place, so I turned to the tree house and walked toward it, it was time to explore.

A/N: This is the first chapter!

Fauna and Flora of Kashyyyk:

List of perks obtained:

Warehouse (Toolkits Domain) (Free) - (Structures, utilities)

Gray Force + Revan + Bastilia couple Holocron (locked until the holder reach 10 years old) (Free)

The Gray Force is not binded—or blinded—by the teachings of the Jedi or the Sith. There is no light; there is no dark. There is only the Force, as gray as it may be.

The Gray Force was a religious view that claimed there were no sides to the Force. Instead, the Gray Force was a combination of the light and dark sides. Therefore, users utilized both light and dark side Force powers, but with much greater control. The ability to control the Gray Force was rare, as it required students to perform long hours (sometimes even days) of meditation.

Force Sensitivity: The Force is the energy force that binds all living creatures in the Galaxy. Not everyone is able to manipulate it like the Jedi or the Sith (mostly because they lack the proper sensitivity). You however have the Force Sensitivity to fully feel and manipulate this energy force, granting you abilities like Telepathy, Telekinesis, and more exotic powers depending on the amount of training you go through. Your potential in the force is equal to Exar Kun’s.

Mental Mastery: You control your emotions, not the other way around. If you are aligned to the Light side of the Force, you are able to release your feelings, allowing them to pass through you and leave you at peace. If you are aligned to the Dark side, you are able to remain in control even while your emotions rage, letting them strengthen you without clouding your judgment. Your control allows you to functionally no-sell emotion manipulators, as they don't affect your actions. You may enable or disable this effect at will. In addition to the outright immunity granted by this perk, you also gain skills for managing your emotions. These skills are extremely effective, can be taught to others, and remain even if other effects (like Drawbacks) remove non-skill perks or otherwise limit the effectiveness of absolute protections.

Unlimited Potential: When it comes to strength in the Force, you have the potential to grow endlessly with only hard work and dedication. The higher you go, the more time and effort it will take to improve, but there are no limits to how strong you can become. Within the 10 years of this Jump, constant effort would raise you from Force Sensitive to Gifted Force User, from Gifted to Peerless, or from Peerless halfway to Unparalleled.

You must have at least some level of Force power from another source to make use of this perk, whether from a Force Power purchase, Delayed Gratification, or another Jump entirely.

Peerless Force User: Now you're the best of the best, at least before skill enters into the equation. At this level, you're as strong as anyone has ever naturally been, although both Jedi and Sith have found ways to increase one's power beyond what one is born with. In terms of raw potential, the number of living Adepts who can claim to even be on your level could be counted on one hand, and it would take a crowd of average Jedi or Sith to match your power. Maybe let it go to your head.

A Foot In Each Well: The Galaxy is replete with examples of those who have tried and failed to find compromise between Light and Dark. You will never be one of them. You can use the Light and Dark sides of the Force without issue, and may ignore any or all effects of Dark side corruption, be they physical or mental. Additionally, you gain both the Light and Dark side versions of all purchases that vary by alignment, including Force Disciplines and their Legendary Force Abilities.

These abilities extend to other powers you have or later acquire. You are able to mix normally incompatible or mutually exclusive powers or sources of powers without adverse effects, and are resistant to corrupting and/or addictive effects of any technique that might stray into the 'dark arts', so long as the power source is not inherently corrupting or addicting itself. The corruption protection against techniques for other power sources is not absolute, but the resistance is enough to keep you mentally and spiritually safe so long as you refrain from diving off the slippery slope entirely.

That's how perks work in Celestial Forge stuff, they fucking stack.
