Recently re-edited these with fresh eyes. Sativa, she is my original muse! When I bought my camera in 2020, we were living together in Ashland, Oregon. I would mostly film myself dancing and smoking, or I would just walk everywhere with my camera around town taking photos. Sativa was always down to play and create with me, and I thank a lot of my rapid growth and confidence to the way that we were always able to practice, spontaneously, since we were housemates. I miss that, a lot.
What's amazing to me is that I don't know if I can share any one of these photos on instagram without fear of my entire account getting deleted. This is the message I'm here for. I photograph beautiful women. But to say that photos like these are inherently sexual and are offensive for anyone to witness is insanity to me. I want to be a part of changing what people see. Do you see her beauty? How did her hair get so freaking long? Where is that magical place? I wish I could be there, in nature, free in myself enough to get naked and cold plunge into that mountain water. How about that? I feel naughty for saying it but... fuck IG!!!! ... and I am grateful that I can share here without hesitation here and I'm looking forward to sharing more places on bigger levels.
Thank you so much for being here β€οΈ
