Glamour statistics

We've decided to look back at everything we've done in Glamour in more than four and a half years and share a bit of statistics.

This includes 0.53 because we already have all images rendered and while the events aren't yet ready, we already know the numbers.

It also includes both characters. Lately, Max more or less has caught up with Kate. Sort of. They have roughly the same amount of events, but Kate has over three times more dialogs than Max.

So here are some numbers:

The game has over 6500 fullscreen images. Our graphics designer has manually edited every last one of them. Fixing rendering bugs, fiddling with hair, clothing, lightning, color correction, etc. On average, an image takes from 15-20 minutes up to over an hour. We could go into more details about this process in another post, if you're interested.
There are over a thousand unique dialogs. Some of those are very short with only a couple of lines from each character, but some have over 70 lines.
The game has over 1100 unique events. Again, some of these only have a couple of steps, while some are over 100 steps long.
The game has 37 characters, this includes both Max and Kate since they're NPCs when you're not playing as them.
The game has over 1100 unique steps in the quest log. Each one is usually between one and three paragraphs long, some have dynamic hints.
There are over 21000 event steps in the game. Each step is a fullscreen image and either a bit of text, or a small dialog between characters.

As you can see, we've done a lot of work in these four and a half years. The development is always at full speed, and we have no intentions of slowing down. On the contrary, we're planning to increase our productivity, but we will talk about that later.

And of course the most important fact: all of this is only possible thanks to your support.
