I agree.... I really want to see the old Glamour storylines brought into this new style. I also don't mind at all that Max and the girls aren't related. When playing BB I pretend that they're not related anyway. Just not my thing...

He cannot use Max in the old way as Patreon will not allow it. That is the reason that Max and the people he lives with are not family. What needs to be done is a update for Kate one month then max the next month. Also needs to be updated is all the old quests and the quests for each of the students in kates class and all of the teachers, including cheerleaders, swimming, The gym and night club. Also the shops so you can buy items like clothing for the gym, beech and night club.

Facts and figures don’t lie, I’m sorry but I’m just gonna say this out loud as I’ve been feeling it for a while, BB was a huge financial success and had way more support than Glamour, anyone who has voted NOT to have any Max content has hindered the development of this game greatly for selfish reasons because even the most basic common sense will tell you a basic formula More Support = More Money More Money = Faster Development Faster Development = Better Quality + More Content It’s this simple......

Agreed, although i didn't mind having a longer play through, additionally with the auto update you don't have to download bulk games and move saves so it didn't faze me to much.

It was originally agreed for Bi-monthly updates between the two characters but then as soon as Kate supporters started losing their shit then it was put to a vote where the results were we wouldn’t get any Max content and about the new dev cycle yeah the majority voted for it to be like this but it doesn’t mean that the minority who didn’t want it this way just have to shut up and accept it, simple answer is make some Max content to pull in some new support then hire someone else to shorten dev time.

Personally, I think it's better to wait than get a game with lots of bugs on time. Have you all forgotten what was last month? It's better for us and for DS.

The majority agreed, so it will not be bad if there is no update for a month at all. We enable development of the game with our money and do not pay for the updates!

Good point, but just imagine what would happen if DS took a month built the gym, Beach and Night club and reset the month clock. People would go ballistic, unfortunately that would be the only way to include new areas, the art, the story and bug check everything. Sure DS could divide the teams build the areas separate and try to mod the game with new areas. BUt in my experience trying to add code from the outside to base code is a nightmare. Only other solution is not to expand the playing area and just stick with the areas we already have, but that will create complaints to.

Going to see how this runs, main problem at the moment seems to be the development time for new areas. Once those are done its all about adding the art and story. Once DS has finished implementing the new areas this should normalize. Ill rethink things if it reaches the stage where im looking at paying double.

All pay 2 months pledge and only get one update for the money

I Have stopped my pledge as am not willing to pay for a month with no update. So will wait for the update to come out before i pledge. have no problem with stopping my pledge and restarting it when the update comes out. That is the only way i can see to make sure that i do not pay twice in the same month

I was under the impression it was whatever date the release is $40 will get it on that day, then a 7 day gap between the update for each other support tier going down the ladder, so 14th June = $40 21st June = $20 28th June = $10 5th July = $5 Now i could be completely wrong here but won’t that mean that the $5 supporters would have paid on the 1st June and 1st July for a single update? Hmmmm 🤔 and I pointed this out during the poll and everyone still voted for not having strict deadlines... I’m a $40 supporter and there could technically come a time where I could pay $80 for a single update

I’m still not sold on this idea of no strict deadlines because of this one comes out on 14th for instance for $40 Patrons, 7 days later for $20 patrons, 7 days after that for $10 patrons and so on until the $5 patrons, give it a few more development cycles and some will then be paying twice for a single update and I still can’t believe nobody has pointed this out yet? Yeah I’m a supporter but I always speak my opinions and I don’t dance around subjects that concern me. Let’s just put it this way by next month unless the dev time is severely reduced next cycle then the $5 patrons will be paying $10 for a single update. Not trying to offend but hey I’m just sharing a concern of mine going forward because this is why I voted for strict deadlines on the previous poll

So, what does this mean about the release dates for us who cannot pay the $40 for the June 14 release. Will we be receiving our releases on the dates we normally do, or will we be delayed by the same amount of time as the $40 patrons were delayed?
