What did you think he was going to do Michael Josten. He has not responded to any of the concerns which have been raised about this. You can see them all in the comments raising issues about what he is doing. Looks like he only cares for money and that my be the only to get to him is cancel what you are paying him so he does not get as much money from us each month. Maybe then he will start to respond and answers the questions we are asking.

Still no reply to the people having concerns, that another unfinished game now have to split devtime and split releases with another suddenly woven product, that start all over again? Please tell me, why you aren't able to finish at least one story before starting the forth now (I know, it's the first, but a complete restart....)! This just keeps the people from one storyline for longer than needed. Do you really think, people will pay 40$/month to have an update of their wished story every two months or later? It is about time to talked to the people, who supported you on a Kate-story, that has little progress, for over a year, before cutting their share in half.

Wil not be playing the game if max becomes main character. Signed up for kate and story. The quest lines and story arcs which they have not finished for Kate shows poor form and that he listens to wrong people. I understand that people wanted max back, But at least finish all the story arcs you have going for kate before you bring him back. That would have been a better idea.

DS can't focus on his first vision and get's into a total shit show of a story, driven by "fans". first build up of the game is slow, then the content explodes with illogical and hasted stuff and then it gets abandoned ... what a shame ... story and progression looked interesting and now this. first we hint a male character, then max comes back and before we notice it, we will be in full harem mode again. yeah ... no ...

The new reboot conforms to all rules and guidelines anyway, that’s why it was rebooted to match the new guidelines and correct the mistakes of the past.

Ditto, DS clearly mentions in a very detailed paragraph there will be a vote. I personally don't care if it's a 50/50 or alternating month set up but I have enjoyed the Kate story. However not everyone was on board with a female lead. This will cater to both groups nicely.

There’s one thing I don’t get here, this announcement has nothing to do with shelving the Kate character and focussing in Max only.... I’m kinda confused how everyone is jumping to this conclusion, I was always a huge BB fan, but I like the Glamour storyline too, lots of interesting characters there, if DS sticks with bi monthly updates for Kate I’ll be okay with that, one month Kate, then Max, then Kate, and so on.... can’t understand why everyone is losing their shit.

I've hesitated supporting Glamour for a while. Now I tried it and support it. But I'm interested in Kate's corruption and submission story. That's what I signed up for and that's what will keep me invested. As long as Max is a subplot of this story, I am fine with it. But Big Brother as a game is in the past and I am totally fine with it staying there. It is safe to say however that I will not pay for Max MC content.

I'm onboard as Patron since Glamour started. So I paid a lot of money to support this game. I'm afraid that the focus will now change to BB content (slightly altered to meet Patreon regulations). As a storyline within the Glamour-Universe I'm okay with it, but DS should let the focus on Kate with BB as side characters. Like many others here I will see what happenes till 1.3 and then decide if I cancel my support.

What he needed to do is give the game 1 to 2 years with Kate and then bring max to the college as he is 1 to 2 years younger than Alice, So they are in the 3rd year of the college when max starts his first year.

He has lost people as they have stopped their pledge as they are not happy. When he starts to find out the all the old bb players want what Patreon does not want on its site, he will find it very hard work to get the game to work.

As long as Kates story continues and I plan to vote as such I'll be happy. Both worlds merging will present plenty of avenues to explore.

He needs to read his comments so far from the look of it he may be losing at least 100 to 200 a month just from the comments on this thread. What they have to remember is people signed you for the game when Kate was the main character and they have so many story lines of Kate they have not finished so it does not bring hope. Leave Max out of all this and finish the Kate story lines. You can have Max join the college in a couple of years when he is the same age as Alice is now in the game.

Few comments/wishes for the future content: 1 - Max income - I'd really like if there was an optional income for him besides spycams. I'm ok with spycams but a little less with streaming the content to internet. I think Max can do a simple IT/tech jobs, at least he managed to maintain his system in BB, or do a massage for ladies who prefer Max over Lin. 2 - Lisa's story - I'd very-very like the option to seduce her but preserve her virginity (hymen :) )

I like Kate, I love Veronica and I'm okay-ish with Max. The problem with Max was that he was an one-dimensional character while Kate has multiple angles and reasons for being the way she is and develops. I liked BB but that wasn't because of Max, it was mainly because of the other characters. I'm interested in seeing how Max will be handled although I much rather prefer he's a side character in a Glamour game which solely focuses on Kate. It wasn't a big surprise for me how that poll turned out as there are many here that only want a reboot of BB and don't care for Glamour. I really hope the production and story won't suffer when the development time is split between two characters... time will tell I suppose.

I watch how it behaves in the next 2 months. If it's primarily about Max, then I'll terminate my submission. He will not be able to run Kate and Max at the same time, his team is too small for that.

I will leave, too. I pay 40$ for the actual story and not for starting over and over again. Perhaps I come back, if Kate is the focus again...

The best way to bring max in to the game is do it through letting him be a sub character and not a main character. Still means his story is in the game but is viewed from the eyes of Kate to start. Later on you can then bring him in as a full character when Kate meets Eric and Max helps her out all stops Eric from doing things with Kate. This way you keep both groups happy and their will be no problems.

Also you need to think how many people who are in the polls only want bb back for a couple of reasons, the same reasons why it was banned in the first place. Please finished all the old story lines and carry on with what you were doing.

Sorry but i will not be playing this crap. you are starting to be like the other people on patreon and trying to merge games. I have no reason to play max as big brother at the end was crap. If you do not start to finish the story lines that you have for Kate you are just showing that you do not care for the people who have signed up to glamor at all. I will see what the next patch has and then will decide if i cancel patreon with you, as i have no wish to play anything to do with big brother any more. The best way to keep people is to finish one game before starting the next and try to stop copying large companies in the industry that send out product that needs bug fixes and is not complete. You have to many story lines going including the school one that need to be finished before you add new context to the game.

Get what you have started with Max off the ground so there's at least a foundation but then resume working on Kate's route. That way there is at least one route with a good amount of content. If you split your attention both routes will end up half-assed.

Noooooo... I liked BB, but why can't you stick with one game and finish the storyline and THEN make a new one. Why mixing things up and stretching the story again into eternity... People were already complaining, that after one year, no real adult content happened, now a second story is about to start and push it even further away.

Те, ко нисколько не платит, но играет в неё, как может и при этом активно обсуждает саму игру на сторонних ресурсах. в 1-й группе присутствует 100 человек; во 2-й группе присутствует 1000 человек. в 3-й группе - дофига (больше всех).... и при этом их суммарная компетентность/понимание, что да как в игре, что в 1-й, что во 2-й, что в 3-й группе примерно одинаковая. Вопрос: что важнее - деньги игроков или отзывы игроков для развития/создания интересной игры? Либо комбинация 1-го и 2-го? Какой подход приемлемей: олигархический или демократический, либо как-то по-другому?

А ничего что Кейт с Ником и Юлей уже посмотрели порнушку с участием Макса и Алисы? Или это будет исправлено? Так-же обращаю внимание что в меню "Информация о персонаже", там где собраны все персонажи с которыми Кейт хоть как-то взаимодействовала - там нет Ника. Не удостоен описания? )

I'm not sure about this Max thing... I played BB a lot, but i'm over it now. Playing through all of that again is kinda pointless, especially knowing what is going on (cams, peeping, etc. minus inc*st). It would have been much more interesting to keep developing the BB ecosystem and let Kate explore it further, learning more about the characters and interacting with them. Now, it feels like you're rebooting the game that put you on map. I have to reconsider my investment in your work.

So, same problem as before, having more than one MC splits the attention for each one in half, or doubles the development time. As I said before, this seems less about having a creative vision and just following where the money goes. I can see so many problems with this, esp. when the two MCs interact, from Kates perspective, Max will look even more like a jerk than he already is, and since Maxs Storyline is basically bending each female character to his will, he will make Kate look very week as an MC. I'm sure this will make many people happy that kept on complaining, but this looks less and less like the game I started backing a year ago, and more like remastering the game before that.

Я тоже пока что разочарован. Как по мне, то у Макса не будет шансов на успех, т.к. здесь он будет всего лишь одним из людей мужского пола... Если дома (в ББ") он (будучи подростком) жил в семье (в закрытой системе), где его принимали и любили т.к. он родной человек, в социуме, мне кажется, он будет обречён на забвение и размытие своего образа в толпе похожих на него. Да что тут говорить... Сейчас в игре присутствуют парни/мужики и поинтересней него... и на их фоне он будет просто максом... Он же будет для всех тех, кто не из его семьи - чужим/посторонним... ..или Вы лишь хотите развить его отношения с Катей, которая будет работать у них дома? Учитывая, какая Катя недотрога, то ему ничего не светит. Тем более она демисексуальная, насколько я вижу по сюжету игры. Макс в Гламуре - это просто нолик с большим членом. (вы Максу кстати член уменьшили :)))

Эх, я разочарован! Лучше бы за это время взяли бы в команду аниматора, больше бы пользы было бы. А и идея собрать две игры в одну, это как в русской поговорке "За двумя зайцами погонишься, не одного не поймаешь." Well I gotta say you certainly have a lotta balls to change direction at this point! Props for the courage =) That said, personally, I'm not sure I'll make it through the transition cuz it seems inevitable that everything I like about this game in it's current state will be lost along the way. There's a certain irony in that you made such a big departure in Glamour and anyone and everyone started making BB knockoffs over, and over, and over again. And now, having paved the way for countless other game makers you're kinda making Glamour a knockoff of your own game that everyone and anyone has already knockedoff! I personally love the way you've integrated the characters from BB, their nostalgic and have fit in perfectly. But there's a big difference between them fitting in Kate's world or Kate living in theirs. Glamour has now been around long enough that it has it's own environment, location, cast, and lore.There are far to many characters in Glamour that I've been waiting and hoping to learn more about, not to mention the primary plot. I get some people don't like playing a female protagonist. A) You already gave them an option B) Fuck them. C) Max was always kind of an annoying dick and now that his face has been used by anyone and everyone in every frikkin BB knockoff ... It's your story, you get to tell it however you want. If I ever get done with mine I wouldn't listen to me either. For whatever it's worth, I think you're talented as hell. I laugh a good laugh when I read people smack talk you or this game or still crying about BB because fuck them. Despite how it may sound I'm not a fan boy, if I was I would think this was the best thing in the fucking world. This sounds amazing, I would be interested to see what stories you can tell with Max in the new engine but don't push yourself too hard, building two games at the same time is a lot of work.

Hmm... It sounds great on a paper. Eric will be back, Max will be back, and everyone will have their share. The issue is that it's clear that people will throw shit on Eric so his content won't be developed in normal pace if at all (I doubt anything with him will come to life) and game will turn once again into mindless, plotless, incest fuckfest - which is kinda weird since it will probably end with suspension. I'd love to see it done well but for now I find it terrible and I doubt dev like DS will be able to avoid suspension in case of incest or shitstorm in case of lack of it. Still I hope Eric will be there even tho logic says it's not the case.

I do not know if that's a good idea. I perceive this news with mixed feelings. I created a Patreon account exactly two years ago because I was so confident in your quality and since then I've supported you with $ 40 a month. Big Brother was a very good game. I especially liked the first versions until 0.9 Then Big Brother got bored. It did not feel like rewarding for girls nudity or doing anything with her. It was just too much without a real reward. Shortly before Patreon killed Big Brother I wanted to end my subscription with you, but your idea of glamor convinced me to continue to support you. I find glamor much better than Big Brother and Kate is a wonderful character. I enjoy her story. The new wind came in. There is no question that Big Brother was the more economically successful product and can therefore understand this decision. But this decision breaks glamor, it's not what I supported. If Max becomes too successful, then Kate will be on the same track as Olivia and that's what's going to happen. Your team is not big enough to do both properly. And since I know Kate, I have no interest for Max anymore. Please kill Glamor and make a Big Brother remake, I would rather see that than a glamor that gets alienated more and more. I will look at the next 2 months and then decide if I'm still on your side. Nevertheless, I have to thank you, you have shaped my life with your work. Thanks to you, I started with Daz 3D and loved it as a hobby. While I do not have such a great lighting as you do, I am satisfied with my work. Maybe one day you'll tell me your trick.

In fact, when you star with base models, none of them have those unrealistic huge boobs. Some devs resize the original breasts 300%, and this usually breaks textures and mess up with all the clothes. Unrealistics huge boobs are, most of the times, a mess, no matter how you see it.

个人希望既然是魅力那么还是应该已凯特为中心开展游戏，BB合并进来很棒，但最好还是以凯特为中心展开BB相关的内容或者齐头并进，因为从魅力开始一直在玩凯特这个角色。所以不希望因为BB的回归使我们失去凯特的故事和内容那就太令人伤心了。

I like the Kate story line. Never played at BB so don``t care about Max and his stupid nonsensical incest bullshit, that ruins plots. I think that this game have a lot of potential but the major problem is lack of sex. I know that it`s better to develop the story line first and create a suspense but there is too many RNG elements. This is horrible, progress is the quest from hell /Julia - Nick quest for example, WTF/. Lack of rewards for doing quests, especially progress. For me the Kate story line is the most important and hope that DS will keep it as main part of the game.

Well, I'm not very sure about this. In BB we were in the game's climax when, you know , now we have to begin again all the road. I mean, it took a year to reach at the stage we were in BB, so if we have to do the same road and also, it will be alternated with Kate's story (which is very good), that's going to take long time to reach again the climax in both games. Just my opinion.

Same here, the quality of BB was unquestionable, but it was frustrating to play and never felt rewarding enough to keep going. So far Katie seems the better character yet if the devs keep getting distracted she will never get proper content. Shame really.

What i do not understand: Have i start a new game to play as Max or can i switch between the characters and see both stories. I realy like the story of Kate and it would be a pity if the storie of Kate ends.

Я отнесусь сдержано к данной новости. С одной стороны я рад что Алекс за бортом. Я не против альтернативного МГГ, но не в виде усечённой версии Кати. Ввели Макса, тут ничего не могу сказать, не играл в ВВ, но пока также скептически отношусь к нему, как и к анонсу Алекса (в своё время). Надеюсь введут этого Эрика (хотя бы для разнообразия и любителей жанра Netorare).

Just my opinion... i‘ve played BB from time to time and i don‘t liked it. When you announced Glamour i went all in and i‘m happy with Kate. Then the poll came and i thouht ok, take a look what will happen. Now with Max as char in the game i don‘t know if it’s still the game i liked... we will see it in the next couple of months.

Меня прям радует эта новость👍 Лучше чередовать развитие истории Кати и Макса, так будет удобней корректировать (как мне кажется)

Подожду, пока закончат стрижку и доделают ремонт. Теперь обе игры объединились в одну. Контент общий, одна вселенная, геймплей и механики одинаковые. Разница лишь в ивентах. Как только добавим базу и для Макса, можно делать одни события (иногда с одним и теми же картинками), но с разных ракурсов, играя за разных персонажей. Ну и вам стоит посмотреть 0.11. Этот ход с Максом очень логичен и гармонично вписывается в сюжет.

I was a big fun of BB and when it was abounded I was really disappointed. But then I play glamour and I loved it even more then BB. so i think it’s good to have our old max back but I hope to see more content with Kate. So for me Kate story is more important then max story

Okay....that was a surprise to say the least, I would like to put forward early suggestion that content after 0.12 be every other, between Kate and Max as I think Max may win every poll if it’s put out there and I’ve supported both games but Kate’s an interesting character and her content needs to be updated just as much as Max. So my suggestion is 0.13 Kate, 0.14 Max, 0.15 Kate and so on otherwise Kate may be a lost cause and end up being a dead path in the game, I’d suggest you make this decision yourself DS, not leave it to the supporters.
