There are two undead kingdoms. The incursion is different thing. As for their relations. Publicly they are neither enemies nor allies.

Do we know how the later two relate to each other? Rivals? Enemies? Allies?

Little conflict with geography and physics, but there is magic involved, to bend those rules.

Thank you for the updated map. Is the entire western part of the continent connected via rivers? Those are so long ass and flat ass rivers

There are 3 undead kingdoms. One which comes all the way from the excursions, Navr, and vris'alud

I’m not saying you are wrong, but my impression was that they are not concerned about a land invasion but instead an invasion from the sea (hence them taking back Panar), despite their next door neighbor being the undead country the mc went to in the beginning

That was the same faction. (Pretty sure)

Where is namdar? Is it really far off the coast? Also, is it two rivers converge at inam and empty into the sea? Inam connects them at the port?

One thing that keeps confusing me. Are there more than one undead faction and if so. Which one keeps attacking? And what differs between the undead factions. Could have sworn there was at least an island undead and their local undead

Yes, but some are undecided.
