There isn't a lot of talking in this and the second half of the audio is only a field recording - you can use this audio to relax, meditate, sleep, or simply unwind. I truly think nature is healing.

I was trying to make out some of the bird calls - carolina wren, blue jay, cardinal, crow, catbird, and then, a cicada. You’re not wrong. Definitely a cicada. Very nice, Belle.
