Hello everyone,
This was a commissioned audio with certain elements requested by a patron. After listening, they expressed that they would like me to share here as they thought it could help more people.
The audio centers on grounding, breathing exercises, and bringing you into a calm headspace to help in times of trauma, bad dreams, or anything difficult that might be popping up in your life. There are also check-ins, intention setting, and some words of affirmation.
