If you needed something longer to listen to that might help you zone out, you're in luck. I'm working on developing a walking habit when the mornings agree with me. This morning, I went on a less strenuous walk and brought the recorder with me. Join me for a mild, slightly windy walk and listen to my interjected rambles and noises that I heard while on foot. This audio is very long and almost an hour. There's a sort of check-in/reflection in the middle if that's something you might need.
