New plan details effective date.

Until then, we will still follows the previous tier: 100y - Limited access to artworks. 300y - Limited access to artworks that passed 7 days after release. 500y - Limited access to artworks + .csp that passed 1 month after release. 1000y - Access to the entire artwork that has passed 1 month after release. For 5000y and 10000y supporter, will be granted access to the entire 2021 release. For the new upcoming tier, as I mentioned, I will send the access keys according to the supporter's monthly tier.
