Update - May 30, 2023

Looks like I'm long overdue for an update.

This season has been pure agony as most of you know, and this video is not at all what I expected to be in length. I thought it would be about an hour and a half, to then two hours, to then two and a half hours, and now I'm at three hours. Everything up to episode 19 is fully edited, resulting in a 2 hour and 8 minute video, and looking at the edited recording I did for episode 19, it looks like it'll be an additional 15 minutes. So yeah, I don't expect the remaining 4 episodes to be anything less than an additional 30 minutes. If I knew this whole thing would turn out to be double the length I expected, I probably would've split it into two parts. I do however like the idea of strangers taking one look at this video and complaining about the length without having watched it.

This might've been the worst possible time to start working on this video which is why on some days, progress is slower than others. I mentioned in my December update that something in my personal life went wrong and I was going through the shitter, and despite taking a few weeks off, I'm still feeling the repercussions from that, which instigated an early quarter-life crisis, on top of having to watch the worst thing I've ever seen. Really looking forward to The Flash movie though, where I can finally cover something that's only 2 hours long and not 15. I'm hopeful that this video will pay off well and be a huge weight off my shoulders to see it finally published. I'm really trying to have it out before The Flash movie premieres, if not, no later than late June.

Thanks to you all for motivating me to keep at it, I appreciate that a frighteningly lot of you REALLY wanted to see what was done so far. Don't forget to cancel your patronage if you only intended to smash and dash. Once I finish editing episode 19, I'll render what I have and put it on here for the Invincible Tier. I'll share the early access once the video is done; I plan to let the final video sit for a few days to give it a lot of time to detect potential copyright. So far, the video's clean.

So yeah, sorry for not having frequent updates, this video is the only thing I'm working on, and it keeps getting longer than I want it to be. After this is all over, you can expect (in no particular order):

The Flash (2023) is a masterpiece. We need a CW live action Flash show.
