Update 0.45 - Training Improvements

At last here's the new update!
There are quite a number of changes but first I'll talk about introducing the new modifiers used during training.
To first unlock these, you will have to go through a few "story events". When you do unlock them, you will find them in a new option inside the "Adjust Training" tab, under the label "Training Preparations".
At the moment I didn't want to go too deep into adding many modifiers, however, the whole thing is working and it's just a matter of deciding what stuff should affect training.
On that note, there's also the clothing choices that you can change now. For now it only adds a little bit of passive stats each day, but I'm also considering adding the possibility of buying specific kinds of clothes that would also help during training.
Alongside that "story event", there are many more now with each one having an effect like unlocking more options during training or adding some extra passive income, with the most important one coming a bit later and marking the turning point for Noah's training.
Another improvement is that now all the passive effects during training will show on the sidebar with green "+" symbols that remind you of what is being trained at the moment.
You will also find some extra flavor on the description of every training scene that will change throughout each training stage and show Noah's development throughout it.
All of that was quite a bit of work, with trying to take into account every little detail and doing a lot of testing. There's still quite a few things I want to try to improve the look of the UI but I need to keep experimenting around with it. What was added in this update is one of the few ways that worked. And the "Training Preparations" tab is a simple one but that I thought looked pretty good without being too complicated.
