WIP + Build requests

here is a little preview of upcoming builds - a couple of apartments and a couple of smaller modern builds. I'm going to start working on the Torendi Penthouse in San Myshuno this weekend, I dont think I even have a cc version of it.
I'll have two new builds ready for you tomorrow morning and a new cc speedbuild on Sunday - I think it was 402 Pinecrest.
