He was known for depicting historical events in a powerful, evocative style, with animated poses and simple and elegant lines. Some of the works that are almost completely mirrored in the actor's poses are: "The Sabine Women", "The Death of Marat", "The Tennis Court Oath", and his most famous, "The Death of Socrates". There is no way this was unintentional. Whoever wrote this is an art fan.
