You mean this additional plate which you can attach yourself and upgrade an existing belt? I'm not sure if thats a good idea, I heard very bad stuff about it. Need to find the source to show you.

I have no idea how this feels, I was a bit scared it might be not very comfortable for the models. But if she likes it, go for it :-) For the viewer it makes way more intense to see the images, as one have to think all the time, whats going on there right now and how this or that pose must feel.
