Update 01/05/2024

I'm not quite ready to say this publicly but I'm pretty sure I'm going to have the Midsommar video released for May 6th (May Day). I've currently got just over 5 and a half hours completed and the video is looking to be just under seven hours long so I'm going to do my best to make it there in time.

At present the uncensored version has well over 100 separate edits (honestly maybe over 200) from the main version and that will continue to grow as the ending is the most graphic part. So I would strongly suggest that when it drops you wait to watch it here.

I haven't ever uploaded a video to Patreon before (successfully) and I'm aware that when I tried to previously it just kind of got stuck on processing. I asked a client of mine about this and they said it was normal and can just take a while. So for now my plan is to upload to Youtube and Patreon simultaneously but just be aware that the Patreon version may take a little while longer to appear and should the worst happen I'll need to either split it up on here or host it somewhere with a private link.

I'm so excited for you guys to listen to it. As always, thank you so much for the support. I say it a lot but it really does mean the world to me. All of the stress and exhaustion of the last few months/half a year has been entirely self-inflicted and will always be undeserving of sympathy - but it has been tough. At times it's really felt impossible and clearly has been detrimental to me in many ways. Luckily that's forced me to address issues and take a healthier and more measured approach. But going through that crucible would have been impossible without the people here, without all the people leaving comments asking when it's coming and telling me they enjoyed my other videos. It sounds self-aggrandizing (and wanky) but they really did buoy me on towards what is now very much feeling like a conclusion. I honestly cannot tell you how many times I've been feeling despondent over the last few months, only to be snapped out of it by my phone buzzing with some kind stranger telling me to keep going. They won't ever know quite what they did in those moments, I can't just pour my heart out in every reply, but I want to express thanks any way I can. And that starts with all of you, the people that clearly believe in me most of all, so thank you.

Now please, stop reading my bilge and go enjoy this beautiful sunshine because I can't for at least five more days.

[P.S. And, because I'm a lunatic, I can also tell you that in certain small ways work on The Complete Guide to The VVitch has already begun. Not only that but longer term I have an animated comedy song/sketch I'm drafting out with a friend. I can't say who right now but there's a very slight chance you may know them given they've been somewhat of a public figure. And beyond that I'm also drafting out a screenplay for a short film to be put out on Youtube, again I'm discussing potentially making that with a creator I know that you may have heard of but I really can't say anything more about it just yet.]
