The Stupid and Weird Story of Guns

The history of guns rides right along with the evolution of our armies and play a key role in changing the way wars were fought. This dates back to the early days of the 10th century and all the way up to modern times. During this time guns have experienced intense technical advances and economic developments that have increased the practicality and also the lethality of guns. However that does not mean that some of them were not pretty dumb

I think the Zip22 was made to be attached to the bottom rail of a rifle. Why you would need that, I mean why not have a gun on your gun

It was aliens. It's always aliens

Great Episode, I think an interesting topic to cover would the transition from front loading cannons to breach loading cannons.

Also in defense of the zip 22., as dumb as it is, it was originally designed to be the receiver for a modular weapon system. Aka they were supposed to have a bunch of attachments so you could make a custom gun for each situation. Novel idea but not practical. The rest of the attachments never came out because it failed commercially. It could be attached as an under barrel attachment on other guns
