You can check the changlog for more info but in summary:
-Got rid of duplicates, softlocks reported, extra party members, etc.
-I ran through the game twice, and made new saves in the last run, at major points, or before certain scenes.
-As an apology, I made Bessie and Carmen's sex scenes rewatchable.
-On that note, I made sure that post Bessie save's had the "switch" on for you to be able to watch it.
-Carmen can be found in her room after you can revisit the "clean version" of her home.
-Bessie needs to be spoken to at night after you've already seen her scene once.
You might not have to redownload the entire game again if you just download Map Data Updates and the Save files.
