Un peu plus d'un an s'est passé depuis le mariage. Tom (dans le corps de Chelsea) est sur le point de fêter son second anniversaire dans la peau de son amie. De son côté Chelsea adore sa nouvelle vie de jeune marié. Alors que Tom continue ses recherches, il va découvrir un vieil ouvrage qui pourrait bien annuler le sort !
