Cassette keychain double ๐ผ

There are no special changes, use 0.2 mm layer height or finer. No supports, PLA recomended.
I also made a case. A few iterations and everything is ready ๐ฌ.
Something is clearly missing on the case. Somewhere at home I have lost a suitable sticker, it remains to fantasize in fusion360 ๐ฉโ๐ฆฐ๐ข
Since this post will be open, I will repeat the process of changing reels again.
1. As you can see, the reels are made in the form of gears. Press the reels with force.
2. I inserted the reels from the edge to the center.
I repeated the procedure many times, the body did not deform, except that scratches from the gears appeared. Be careful, take care of your fingers) โ๐
3. Make sure that the teeth enter.
4. It is better to print Cassete_dbl_body.stl (without reels) separately from the gears, the inner surface will be cleaner. Silicone grease Super Glidex can also be used here. Then you need to rinse under a stream of water.
As in the first version of the keychain, you can find an Easter egg. Since there are two protective tabs, one has a smile ๐ in the other heart ๐

I think this is enough designs in fusion360, it's time for me to go back to zbrush ๐ค
