You can try it now, I can make small changes.
There is a clearance of 0.18mm between the reel and the case. I applied silicone grease Glidex and washed with water, after which it rotated perfectly.
I modelled a case for the cassette, it remains to print and check.
Case for the cassette will be "print in place" too.

I was doing a completely different project in zbrush, but not for long, I switched to fusion360 and got carried away...😁
