Hi! Update on the Legacy of Darkness video:

Hey everyone! I hope you're doing well and I just wanted to pop in and update you all on the status of my next video. Yes, a review of Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness is totally happening! I've written it, filmed the video, and I'm currently getting the game play footage ready to start editing. 

I could go on AND ON about this, but here's the short version: There is a TON of game footage I need to sort through. This usually stresses me out the most- the part where I have to go through hours and hours of gameplay trying to find a specific spot to use in the video. Not only does it hurt my brain, but it also sucks for the ol' carpal tunnel since clicking a lot with the mouse isn't great for me. So I'm trying to be smart this time and make this editing process more seamless. This means I am breaking up streams into little chunks and exporting a bunch of little files, which in theory will make it a lot easier on me when looking for specific moments in the game. 

Why am I explaining this? Well, to hopefully give you an idea as to why it's taking so long to come out. So the TL;DR version of this update is as follows: The Legacy of Darkness review is filmed and I'm currently in the pre-editing process. 

Thanks for being patient with me and I can't wait to have this video out! I really liked how my two part review on the regular Castlevania 64 game turned out, so I hope you guys like this one. And maybe the editing process for this video will be better than it was for those videos, lol. 

And as for other content, it's the holiday season so I would really like to do some old department store/toy magazine stuff this year again. I'm trying to decide if I should do this in the form of shorts since YouTube seems to really be pushing those right now, or just say screw it and make a normal-length video (or both.) Depending on how fast this Castlevania video comes out, the holiday stuff may come first but I don't really know yet. I'll be sure to update you though when I have a better idea of what's happening! 

I also filmed some little things when I was back in CA that I'm planning to cut together for Patreon-exclusives.
