Passing 20K Subs on YT (!!!) and other stuff

Hey everyone, I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to say hello and give a quick update on what's happening in Erin Plays land. 

The other night I hit 20,000 subscribers on YouTube which was a pretty big milestone for me. I kind of already said this in my tweet, but when I started back in 2017 I had no idea if anyone would watch my videos.  I remember the first video of mine that hit over 1K views was my Contra video, and then after that I slowly started gaining subscribers. 

So, this milestone happened when I was streaming random Super Famicom games with Mike, and I totally ended up crying on stream because I was so shocked :p But seriously, thank YOU so much for being supportive of me and keeping me motivated. Sometimes it's easy for me to get a little negative about things, so it's really nice to know that there are some folks out there who enjoy what I'm doing. I know some of you guys on here have been following my videos since 2017, which is crazy. 

Okay, enough about that. Now on to what to expect from me in the near future!

If a miracle happens, I will be putting out a new video tonight about the Coleco Evolved Mini arcades (I backed the Rainbow Brite one on Kickstarter.) I want to get it out tonight because tomorrow I leave to go out of town for a few days, and I don't want to get too far behind on videos. So if I can fit packing, streaming AND editing into the rest of today then I will be SUPER proud of myself! 

After that, I would really like to do a video on my set up! I know a few of you here have been mentioning that it's something you'd like to see, but I've been putting it off because I was making it way harder than I needed to make it in my head, ha. So, expect that sometime soon. Maybe I'll make it into a room tour of sorts too, but we'll see. I definitely have some cleaning up to do!

Ps: Okay so its past midnight and the video still needs some work. I’m not happy with it and even though it’s short, I don’t think it’s happening tonight. So be on the lookout for a new video sometime this weekend. Sorry, dudes! :(
