The live realization about the Primarchs narrative impact was hilarious - but it IS interesting to consider how the Primarchs could be accidentally phasing other characters out of relevancy.

I'm going to do the most Tzeenchian thing possible.
This is a vote against the Lords of Change.

Because it was at the end:
I love the "Terminate the Grey Knight's" decree
This new change feels less like a "The Grey Knight's can do it" and more a back-up plan. If the Emperor becomes a proper God, then the Grey Knights are antithetical to what he now is, and one of two things need to happen
Option A: Throw themselves into open rebellion and be wiped out to the last on Terra. Because the Custodes will not lose Big E twice
Option B: They defy the decree. Thereby proving their loyalty is to Big E above all else, even in his new divine form. Meaning they could become extremely useful soldiers to a recently awakened psychic god
Option B feels optimistic of course, but it's the best possibility that doesn't involve their chapter getting Lamentered (Lament-er-ed)

fun fact about Lorgar and Maggy magic, Lorgar is canonically the weakest battle primarch, ranking 20 right under Magnus as 19, (Magnus was the 20th physically weakest primarch in his original lore and design, it was more or less the same but he had less muscle mass and small weak T-rex arms as to drive home the point that "he's not a fighter like his brothers, he a thinker and || sorcerer supreme ||" but I guess they decided that it looked to stupid and made the magnus we know today all red and nipple horned up)
They really wanted Lorgar to be known for his religious zeal and ability to publicly talk to the masses and not his fighting ability (you know, like a preacher) so they chose to make him physically the weakest primarch and worst one at all forms of combat
