Community Build 4 - Idea poll?

I got a TON of ideas from everyone for what to do next and I think we need to narrow it down! we are gang throw 3 options here and whatever wins that what we will do for build 4, the second place will be build 5 and build 6 will be the last option. Just to add some variety to these! tho if everyone strongly hates an idea we can adjust!
