Alfred B. Neric - An albinauric. Beat the game as a frog, get some frog friends, and frog it up.
Jar Jar - You know the Jar Wright Puppet? What if he also had some soldjars of fortune? Would that be neat?

I recently did a "secret starting class" run as a Kaiden knight. You've got to farm for everything, but there's two great spots right in Limgrave, the drops are pretty good and their weapon is busted - basically the Exile Curved Sword from DS3. I even broke the "rules" a little and farmed up 2 for an occasionally damage boost when needed. It's also a blast getting your revenge by hopping on Torrent and running everyone down.
