I'm Back!

The day before yesterday, I arrived back in Plymouth after a 27-hour journey home from Tokyo.
My wife and I have had an amazing two weeks travelling around Japan, seeing some incredibly beautiful sights and meeting some wonderful people along the way.
From temples and shrines to gachapon machines and Tokyo Disney to sashimi and seabream, Japan really is a country of clashes and counterpoint.
This was absolutely a trip of a lifetime overflowing with memories we'll hold onto for a long, long time.
I'm currently in the process of catching up on what feels like a thousand different tasks and conversations. But, expect to see things gradually returning to normal round here (and over on YouTube and Twitch) shortly.
In fact, all being well, we'll have the second installment of the Vape-o-nomics trilogy ready for you by the end of the coming week!

This picture certainly oversells how many cherry blossoms there were, haha. Only one or two here or there. It was such an amazing experience though! So many incredible things to see!

2024-03-12 17:30:04 +0000 UTCCongratulations and... Dammit you guys got the perfect moment, with the cherry blossoms and all... We'll sadly have to wait until July and school vacation, so we can leave the kids with some of the family. But yes, we were also going to Japan on our honeymoon!
