Here the subtitle reads "Will you come with me to find out how it ends?", she's quoting a line from the book that she was reading (I don't know if you noticed but Kousei was the last person to check the book out before her, it was shown briefly). The actual translation for what she says is "Won't you commit double suicide with me?"
