Just wanted to post a quick update to say that work on my next video is going well!
I don't want to give too much away just yet in case it changes at all (although you'll be the first to know once I've finalised the central argument!), but it's going to draw fairly heavily on these two books.
There'll be other stuff in there too, but I've really been enjoying focusing on less sources but engaging with them in a bit more depth lately.
Perhaps this is made possible by the fact I've already made so many broad "overview" videos in which I touch on a whole topic (such as structuralism, modernism or post colonialism etc).
Nevertheless, it's really great to be able to really dig in deep with one or two ideas and explore them a bit more fully.
I've seen a bunch of videos which have drawn on Manufacturing Consent. I think my upcoming one is going to draw out some specific aspects of the book which I haven't seen circulating quite so widely in online discussions of it though.
As ever, I'm really looking forward to sharing it with you and hope you'll get something out of it!
Thanks as ever for your generous support!
Tom
