HZE: Visual Novel Patreon Update

Hello everyone! I'm finally announcing the visual novel patreon update.

What will change?

There will be 4 tiers, $1 , $3 , $5  and $10.

These tier and its rewards will be changed to be everything HZE:VN related and mostly tip jar/support. The patreon exclusive content is overall early access and some influence into the vn with the polls! I also have plans on making discord benefits to make it more fluent.

I'll be changing the tiers through today, so please stay tunned.

The reason for a change? tl:dr

First of all, I don't wanna play the victim or make you guys feel sorry for me, that is not my intention. I just want to let you all know in the details about what I'm going through right now, so you can understand better about the situation , and what you're paying for and not getting something in return.

When I did the first pages of the comic,I got myself tendonitis in october 2018, ever since I've been struggling to keep going with this hoping it doesn't gets worse.

Not having any luck with it in getting better, and hoping to get a job I started doing a programmers course wich ended in october 2020, ever since i've been searching for a job and studying to get better at programming, I got a few interviews and did a lot of aplications for jobs, I was so close to getting into a junior job but with no luck in the end. Then i've been just searching for jobs until...

In january of 2021 i got another weird pain in my thumb's bone. Ever since i've also been struggling with it, wich doesn't let me play videogames or draw most of the time. Now, in mid february, i got another pain in my fingers, I've been waiting and hoping it goes away for weekps, but it got much much worse , i had to go to the doctor and get a diagnosis. Aside from bilateral tendinitis and epicondilitis (wich is something I've come to learn how to live with), now I got synovitis in my fingers, mostly in both of my index fingers and my thumbs, wich are exactly the ones you use to play videogames, or write in a keyboard, or use the mouse, or mostly everything (I just type or use the mouse 10 to 15 minutes and it hurts to the point that i have to stop inmediatly, and it keeps hurting for the rest of the day (It even hurts as Im typing this)). Its been painful, its been hard, its been a really really rough proccess both mentally and phisically, and I'm still going through it while going to therapy. 

Due to this , I knew I couldn't draw as often as I used to, so I could no longer kept drawing the comic, or doing more rewards for patreon, or doing the monthly sketches so something needed to change. Im super turbo embarrassed of myself whenever I remember that I owe so many sketches and the list keps growing... Plus all the rewards that I havent posted too, its been just, hard. Once again, I must say that im so so sorry for this, people that I owe their montly sketches, rest assured that I'll be making every one last of them, you'll get the sketches that you payed for so don't worry , to its due time of course... and I'm sorry again that I have to keep you wating...

The main reason for updating is that I tought that, I tought this could be like, my last chance of actualy doing something with my drawings and my dream. Since I already started the comic, I didn't wanted to leave it hanging, so actually doing it as a visual novel, I'd just have to draw the sprites once and they could work for the rest of the visual novel. So I could continue Chad, Fred and Mothoc's story without destroying my hands any further.

What I have right now, couldn't have been done without the help of my friends and their support, I have a wonderful team, someone working on the music, 3 people working on the background,lineart and color respectively, and someone else on the programming, if I were all on my own , it would be impossible. I'll give propper credits formally later on the patreon's resume with links to their own social media.

I'm sorry once more for everything, you guys have been incredibly good and patient with me, you guys don't deserve to keep waiting and get nothing in return for supporthing me for so long...
