Happy Friday Party members!

I don't usually drop the "save room" theme this early into Spook-tober but this is the track that came to me this week.

This one was a pretty cool process. I came up with a cool little piano riff, then I sampled it and played it slower at 2 different speeds. That created the main atmosphere and the through line for the whole song. Then it was just a matter of coming up with little ideas to sprinkle throughout.

Getting things to loop properly was a little more of a challenge because of the reverb. I love the way big reverb sounds but it turns around and bites me whenever it comes to looping time. I was able to get it to work finally by covering the loop with a low impact sound at the beginning of the song. Its a nifty little trick that's bailed me out more than once!
