Kainé's swords preparation to paint

Finally out of commissions! I finished all of them yesterday and sent them to their owners. Taking a break from them to focus on only us my subarashiis. That means our projects that we do together.
It's been so deadly hot! Nier is ready to wear but I can't wear this thick Ray Chase in a 35 celcius, I hate hot and sweaty (that is actually one of Kuja's real quote). I am waiting for colder weather. Videos and photoshoots will then be during september to december.
That's okay because meanwhile I am working all the time on everything we have on the table. We're making a human child ribcage! That's something I never thought I would do one day.
We have been testing new makeup products, it was time to change. That also took a while.
Alright so today was about the swords. My official ones for LZ (I did 2 other pairs before her)
I spent all day on them. Damaging them like the in game one, scratches where they are originally, and giving them a little finish. Adding the garments. Making sure they fit with the handles. Now they are ready to go for painting. The painting of those will be fun and methodical, it's not the usual clean look; there are many steps.
I go with my guts and I will then see what happens. It's a mystery even for me.
