First let me say this post is hidden from non-patreon members! We intend to keep the exact information in this post that way, inner circle only. This post is also being written by Oli.
The Bonus Points is coming to a close in 2026. Game of the Year 2025 will be our final episode of the podcast. While we like to say "never say never", and are open to doing bits and bobs in the future, it's probably best to assume we are not coming back.
These TBP things are releasing in December (although no confirmed dates yet, Holiday period makes things murky)

What about Patreon?
I have been emailing back and forth with Patreon to work out how to make sure you retain access to all posts, the discord server, and Extra Credit and they have assured me it is possible to do so. So in short on December the 31st (probably the afternoon UK time) the Patreon will lock out new subscribers, and those who are in, are in permanently.
In short, you will retain all the access you already have, and not have to pay again. The Discord will remain with the people who are already in it, and anyone who chooses to leave either the Patreon or the Discord server, will be locked out permanently*
I've chosen to do this as I feel like you all deserve to retain access, more than we deserve to be paid to do nothing haha. Secondly, as the Patreon posts remain available, please do not repost or download the content (EC or BTS, or anything else here) anywhere.
This is all assuming Patreon customer service have understood and given me the right instruction.
What about the main show?
In early 2026, the main show will come off audio only streaming services, as I have to pay for this service. However, the Youtube versions will remain, and Extra Credit will also remain for those inside the Patreon.
So, thats it for now, its been a hell of a ride for 4 years! We will talk about all this in the next extra credit for sure.

I started watching Joe’s Stampy channel when my family returned to the US from long term volunteer work in Africa in 2016, and now this is ending right as I'm about to graduate with a masters degree so it feels full circle.
