EC33: Joe's Fiery Hot Takes

Hello
Thanks for your ongoing support!
In this weeks extra credit we have the longest ramble I think we've had. Bouncing between topics such as Microtransactions vs DLC, infamous in-game enemies, DnD and Baldurs Gate, television and where on earth Joe is (sort of).
Enjoy!
As someone who’s from Tennessee the southern accent bit made me laugh probably more than it should’ve

I was going to say the ghosts from Pac Man kills the most players if that counts. I feel like it has to be up there with the most.

Personally I think the Khan has killed the most amount of players from his first boss fight in Ghost of Tsushima. I know technically he doesn’t, but after you lose the fight (which is mandatory) the same events play out as if you were killed normally at any other point in the game. And it gives you the general impression that you have lost the boss fight, until you receive a cutscene instead of a try again screen; I think you really need to experience/watch the scene to understand. And it’s different from the point earlier on in the game where you “die”, just the way it’s formatted and general feel you can tell you’re not dead there. There is an ability you can unlock to revive yourself even when you die later on down the line from this fight which could technically help the case of you being actually not dead, but I won’t get into that.

Is it just me or does the audio sound really compressed?
