Set Parallax Mapping (POM) to ON
Set Alternate Blocks to OFF
New Blocks: Polished Andesite, Polished Diorite, All Wool Colors
Updated Blocks: Polished Granite, Diorite, Andesite, Stone Bricks, Mossy and Cracked Stone Bricks(Small fixes on these), Lapis Lazuli, Emerald Block
Tested on Optifine 1.14 with Seus Renewed.
I've seen other shaders work as well, Sildurs, BSL, Seus PTGI.

Ah yeah, I'll be providing a second version without those edges. The original polished blocks have little edges in minecraft
